Compost Treet is a scientifically developed combination of selected microbials and nutrients designed to initiate and accelerate the composting process. Compost Treet assists natural composting of organic matter and produces a more consistent, mature compost.

The bacteria in Compost Treet are a selected mixture of mesophiles and thermophiles. Mesophiles grow and metabolize well at medium temperatures (70 - 115 F); thermophiles do well at higher temperatures (95 - 140 F). These types of bacteria are the most effective decomposers in the composting process.

The viable bacteria in Compost Treet also produce several enzymes. The highly active enzymes assist in the decomposition of plant cell walls and other organic material. Protease, amylase, xylanase and pectinase all work on hard-to-digest components of the plant cell wall.

Roughage products, calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, ammonium phosphate and dried fermentation products.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
50 lb. (22.7 kg.) of Compost Treet will treat 10,000 cu. ft. of compost material. Broadcast evenly over compost and mix thoroughly.

STORAGE AND HANDLING
